CalJulia Potluck and Politics (October Meeting)

From Zach:

Hey neighbors! As some of you know, this November we’ll be voting on who will represent us at the Berkeley City Council. There are two candidates on the ballot, and after we discussed this at the last neighborhood meeting, I invited both candidates for an informal, potluck-style gathering next month where our group can get to know them better and ask questions. They both quickly agreed, and we are having them come separately so it doesn’t turn into a debate. Here are the details:

CalJulia Potluck and Politics
Wednesday, October 10th from 6-9pm
2956 California Street (Sofia & Zach’s house)
6:00-6:30pm: mingle & fill your plate with your neighbor’s cooking
6:30-7:30pm: Discussion with Max Anderson, incumbent
7:45-8:45pm: Discussion with Dmitri Belser, challenger

We’ll send out another email and will distribute flyers when the date gets closer. Let me know if you have any questions. Hope to see you all there!
